Eclesiastés 6:3-12 DHH Un hombre puede tener cien hijos y vivir muchos años; pero por mucho que viva, si no disfruta completamente de lo bueno, y si ni siquiera recibe sepultura, yo sostengo que un niño abortado vale más que ese hombre. Pues aunque ese niño se pierda en la nada, en la oscuridad, donde su nombre quedará ignorado, y aunque no llegue a ver el sol ni a saber nada, al menos habrá tenido más descanso que aquel hombre, el cual podría haber vivido dos mil años y, sin embargo, no disfrutar de sus bienes. Y al fin de cuentas, ¡todos van al mismo lugar! El hombre trabaja y trabaja para comer, pero nunca queda satisfecho. ¿Qué tiene el sabio que no tenga el necio, a no ser sus conocimientos para hacerle frente a la vida? Vale más lo que uno ve que lo que se imagina. Pero también esto es vana ilusión, es querer atrapar el viento. Lo que ahora existe, hace mucho que recibió su nombre, y se sabe cuál es. Nadie puede luchar con quien es más poderoso que él. Una cosa es cierta: donde abundan las palabras, abundan los disparates; y nada se gana con eso. De hecho, nadie sabe lo que es mejor para el hombre durante los contados días de esta vana ilusión que es su vida. Sus días pasarán como una sombra, ¿y quién podrá decirle lo que ha de ocurrir en este mundo después de su muerte?
Ecclesiastes 6:7-12 ERV People work and work to feed themselves, but they are never satisfied. In the same way a wise person is no better than a fool is. It is better to be a poor person who knows how to accept life as it is. It is better to be happy with what you have than to always want more and more. Always wanting more and more is useless. It is like trying to catch the wind.
You are only what you were created to be—a human, and it is useless to argue about it. People cannot argue with God about this because he is more powerful than they are, and a long argument will not change that fact.
Who knows what is best for people during their short life on earth? Their life passes like a shadow. No one can tell them what will happen later.
John 3: 16- 17 Yes, God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him would not be lost but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world. He did not send him to judge the world guilty, but to save the world through him.
